photocopying, recording, or otherwise. The only exception to this is when
Metronome Marketing grants user rights for copying text or images as part
of the Marketing Tools accessed through the choices available on the Metronome
Marketing Web site. Material contained on this website may not be mirrored
on any other server without written permission from an officer of Metronome
Marketing Controlling misuse of other people’s property Metronome

Making claims of copyright infringement
You may have legal redress if you believe that your work has been copied

or the law; and
– Your statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information
outlined above is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized
to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
