Why we collect personal information and what we do with it
Regular access to our Web site to review our services does not require you to register personal information.
When you wish to purchase any of our Metronome Marketing products or services our registration form requires you to give us contact information (name, company name, title, address, phone, fax and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration form in two ways:
1. To send you information about our company and its services.
2. To contact you from time to time (to make special offers for instance). Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

None of the personal or business information you give us is shared with anyone other than our trusted partners (e.g.: our bank) unless required by law or if you have breached our service agreement (see next section). Information in the aggregate (e.g.: demographic studies) may be shared with others in order to offer improved services. To pay for products and services we may collect your financial information (e.g.: account or credit card numbers). Financial information that is collected is used to bill for products and services - with your prior approval.

To purchase Metronome Marketing products or services you will be asked to provide credit card information for the purchase. During the credit card process, we will ask for your name, credit card account number, name on your credit card, and expiration date.

To pay for products and services we might ask for credit card information. We transmit that credit card information in an encrypted format. We use industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.
Real time authorization, capture and execution of credit card purchases are performed over the Internet via ClickBank. In addition to checking for a valid credit card number, the system verifies the billing address to help reduce fraud. Metronome Marketing uses ClickBank to provide a secure connection with the client. ClickBank is a leader in SSL providers, and the Metronome Marketing SSL certificate comes with the VeriSign NetSure Protection Plan, which provides up to $100,000 of protection against economic loss due to theft, impersonation, corruption or loss of use of an ID. All accounting reports of credit card transactions are managed on a strictly confidential basis

Exceptional Circumstances

The vast majority of our customers can be assured that Metronome Marketing goes to great lengths to protect their privacy and personal information. However, we may disclose account information under exceptional circumstances if we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Metronome Marketing's User Agreement or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Metronome Marketing’s rights or property, our customers, clients, suppliers or partners, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
